Rockridge Partners was solely responsible for the program management of a $3 million Department of Labor H-1b incumbent employee training grant. Not only were 700+ Information Technology workers provided significant skills upgrade training, but RPI worked with participating companies to assess and implement a leadership and communications component designed to increase capacity for global partnership management.
