Workforce Strategy Development

Clients who are not fully prepared with an overall strategic program development plan are often unable to respond to funders solicitations for proposals, or they are unable to submit competitive applications.

Our experience with workforce issues and forecasting, the landscape of funding opportunities, and industry partnership engagement means we are in a unique position to help our clients build an effective workforce development strategy.

Our approach to the development of sustainable workforce training and
education programs includes understanding current and future regional
demand, and matching organizational resources and goals with promising
   program areas.

Rockridge's experience in organizational development and training
makes us the perfect partner for building incumbent employee training
   programs.

Insurance Careers Program

When RPI was approached by a Community College Business instructor with anecdotal evidence of unmet training demand in the Financial Services sector we built industry association partnerships to quantify the demand for employees, and developed a plan to train entry-level workers across the State of California with industry and educator created curriculum.

When Rockridge Partners was approached by a Bay Area Public Policy Association interested in exploring a model organizational development program for the IT sector we engaged leading companies to examine gaps in the skill sets of technology workers. Working from this information we designed an incumbent employee development strategy and identified federal funding to build and implement the program.

"Mike and Mark always deliver...I know when they are working on a project for us we will get the highest quality result, follow through and excellent customer support...they were a great addition to our team from day one!"
